MOST DISCOUNT FARES INVOLVE RESTRICTIONS. CHANGING CARRIERS OR FLIGHTS COULD RESULT IN THE AIRLINE DEMANDING AN INCREASED FARE. CHECK WITH THE AIRLINE OR LETS GO ULTIMATE TRAVEL, LLC BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES. LETS GO ULTIMATE TRAVEL, LLC and its travel agents (hereinafter “Travel Agent”) are acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the reverse side and accompanying documents) in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodation s, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, injury, or death to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage of other personal effects. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or another actions, omissions, or conditions outside the Travel Agency’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the Travel Agency from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations during the length of the proposed travel. However, all international travel including Canada, Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean require a valid U.S. passport.

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is herby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through this Travel Agency regarding travel insurance. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. Payment due: The special payment deadline will be applied and indicated in specific bookings in travel confirmation. Generally, we request payment at 90 days in advance for FIT & 120 days in advance for GIT. In case, we have to deposit to the suppliers to guarantee the service availability, we will request you to settle the deposit to us accordingly

The specific cancellation fee will be indicated in the tour confirmation for specific bookings. This is because each hotel and each supplier apply a different cancellation policy.
Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as war, strikes, earthquake, hurricane will be subject to no charge by Lets Go Ultimate Travel, Llc.
6. Flights:
Please be advised that flight schedules by airlines are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. But we have the case to inform of any incurred surcharges and clients will need to pay for the surcharges to adjust the programs accordingly. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the fact that in case of a flight schedule change clients cannot connect the international flights.
